Pro plan (subscription): the first period is charged when you subscribe. The plan then renews automatically and is charged on each monthly or yearly renewal date.

返金：サービスにご満足いただけなかった場合、ご購入から30日以内であれば、ご購入後のご利用が次の範囲内であることを条件に返金いたします：いずれか1つの資格の練習問題の完了が20%以下、いずれか1つのコースのレッスンの完了が20%以下、ハンズオンラボの開始が5件以下。理由を添えて [email protected] までご連絡ください。30日を過ぎたご請求、または相当程度ご利用いただいた後のご請求は、お断りする場合があります（利用規約 第5条）。
合格保証：Anthropic Claude および NVIDIA の資格の練習問題を2026年10月5日以降に単品でご購入の方が、ご購入後にその資格のすべての模擬試験を完了し、そのうち2つ以上で初回受験時に80%以上を取得し、その条件を満たしてから30日以内に受験した本試験に合格しなかった場合、ご購入代金を全額返金します。本試験の日から14日以内かつご購入から120日以内に、公式スコアレポートを添えてご請求ください（利用規約 第5.2条）。
解約：Proプランはプロフィールページからいつでも解約できます。解約後も、お支払い済みの期間の終了日までご利用いただけます。
Refunds: if you are not satisfied, we refund purchases within 30 days, provided that since the purchase you have completed no more than 20% of the practice tests for any one certification and no more than 20% of the lessons in any one course, and started no more than 5 hands-on labs. Email [email protected] with the reason. Requests after 30 days or after significant use may be declined (Terms of Service, section 5).
Pass guarantee: if you buy Claude or NVIDIA practice tests on their own on or after October 5, 2026, complete every practice exam, score 80% or more on your first attempt at two of them, and then don't pass the official exam you take within 30 days, we refund your purchase in full. Claim within 14 days of the exam and 120 days of the purchase, with your official score report (Terms of Service, section 5.2).
Cancellation: cancel the Pro plan at any time from your profile page. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
