Preporato provides online practice exam preparation services for various professional certifications including AWS, NVIDIA, and other IT certifications. Our service includes practice tests, progress tracking, and detailed explanations to help users prepare for certification exams.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Purchases and Payments

When purchasing practice exam bundles:

• All prices are in USD and subject to change
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• One-time purchases provide lifetime access to the purchased content
• You receive access to all practice tests within the purchased certificate bundle
• Purchases are non-transferable

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our service, provided that:

• You have not completed more than 20% of the available practice tests
• You contact us at andrew@predica.ai with your refund request
• You provide a valid reason for the refund

Refund requests after 7 days or after significant usage may be denied at our discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce practice exam content
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Impersonate others or provide false information

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Preporato, including practice questions, explanations, designs, graphics, and software, is owned by Preporato or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your personal exam preparation purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Preporato is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Practice exams will exactly match actual certification exams
• Using our service will guarantee passing any certification exam
• All content is free from errors or omissions

Our practice exams are designed to help you prepare, but exam success depends on many factors including your own preparation, knowledge, and test-taking abilities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Preporato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

10. Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date practice content, certification exams and requirements change over time. We make no guarantee that our practice content exactly reflects current exam objectives or question formats. Users are encouraged to consult official certification provider materials.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, including but not limited to content sharing, account sharing, or abusive behavior. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
